Nour Kitchens
Context
Three siblings running six restaurants across Tayibe, Tira, Kafr Qara, Umm al-Fahm, Baqa al-Gharbiyye and Jaljulia. Loved by their customers, invisible to Google. Operations were running on WhatsApp and printed Excel sheets.
The challenge
Build a unified digital presence that worked in Hebrew, Arabic and English, automated the reservation pipeline, surfaced them in local Google search across six municipalities, and did not require any of the siblings to learn new software.
Approach
Built a single multilingual marketing site with per-location pages — each fully optimized for local Google search in Hebrew and Arabic.
Replaced the WhatsApp reservation chaos with a custom booking system that pushed straight into a shared kitchen calendar.
Added an AI agent on the WhatsApp Business number that handles reservation requests, FAQ answers and order pickups in three languages — automatically.
Set up Google Business profiles for every location with managed photo and review workflows. The owner approves replies from a single dashboard.
Designed a brand identity rooted in the family's actual recipe cards — printed menus, packaging, and signage rolled out across all six locations.
Outcome
Direct online reservations went from zero to 64% of all bookings within four months. Google reviews tripled. Two new locations are opening in 2026 — and the team is using the same playbook to launch them.
For the first time in fifteen years of running this business, I am not the bottleneck. KAIV gave us the systems and the confidence to grow. Two new restaurants would not be opening without them.
