The terms for using this website and engaging with the studio. Plain language, no traps.
01 /About these terms
These terms govern your use of the KAIV website (kaiv.studio) and any informational interaction with the studio. Project engagements are governed separately by a signed Statement of Work.
By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
02 /Content ownership
All text, designs, code samples, brand marks, and case study materials on this site are the intellectual property of KAIV Studio unless otherwise credited.
You may quote short passages with attribution and a link back. Republishing entire pages, case studies, or articles without written permission is not permitted.
Client work shown in case studies remains the intellectual property of the respective client.
03 /Acceptable use
Do not attempt to scrape the site, overwhelm it with automated requests, or otherwise interfere with its operation.
Do not submit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or use the contact form for spam.
04 /Project engagements
Project engagements are governed by a signed Statement of Work that defines scope, deliverables, timeline, payment terms, and intellectual property assignment.
You own the final deliverables of any KAIV engagement from the moment of final payment — code, design files, brand assets, content.
KAIV reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless an NDA is in place.
05 /Disclaimers
The website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it accurate and online but make no guarantees.
